I have a friend wanting to sell his with one tracking collar I think the collar is a DC-30 he is asking 450 for it with case and all paperwork. He said it also comes with a chip he bought extra that has all the maps so you can use it anywhere. Just wanted to see if that's a good price and what y'all think of the 320. I have never messed with any tracking collars so I have no knowledge of the them at all. I am not looking for anything fancy just something to locate a bird do if it gets to far away from me. Will be hunting like the Matador WMA. Also will this unit tell you if a dog is on point or not? Thanks Thanks

As far as the price, there are a bunch of Garmin factory refurbs out there with a DC30 bundle for about $430 price range, so itsin the range, but not sure the condition of his vs. the refurbs. All the Garmin Astros beep when your dog is on point and all of them show you two views (a compass with an arrow pointing at the dog or a map view that shows you and your dog).

They are great units. I would offer him $400
