I am going to Arkansas this year to go deer hunting, I was looking at the license options on the website and I am trying to figure something out.
They give you the following option: Nonresident 3-Day All Game Hunting License (AG3) Entitles the holder to hunt all game species, except bear, for the three-day period specified. Two deer tags or two turkey tags are included with this license.
We might have some time to get in some duck hunting, so as I scrolled down in a but further I saw this: Nonresident Annual Small Game Hunting License (NRH) Entitles the holder to hunt migratory birds, quail, rabbits, squirrels and furbearers. Valid through June 30.
Then I began to question my self, shouldn't the Nonresident 3-Day All Game license cover what the Small Game License would cover?

I would call or email them for verification.
Go to the source. You don't want a surprise from the Game Warden.

Yes, it says ALL GAME. Call them if you need to verify but it says all game. Just saves someone $55 if they are duck hunting only and get the 5 day non res small game. Still need the $35 non res waterfowl stamp and $25 federal duck stamp. https://agfc.com/en/resources/licensing/huntinglicenses/

Hunted ducks in Arkansas earlier this year and got the 3 day all game license. Why didn't you buy the 5 day small game (costs $70) and save $55? Only reason for all game is to add deer/turkey tags.

The 5 day small game is $70 for duck and the 3 day all game is $125. Your company overpaid $55.
