Well... it happened again. The first time it was the Mother-in-Law's house and now this time it's the Brother-in-Law that got visited by the pig fairies in the middle of the night. Now, I believe in Karma and I've been on the good and bad of that, but these Wild Hogs are destroy our yards one family member after the other. This is the worst yard damage that I've ever seen..

I was able to drop 3 of them and had one that dang near jumped in my lap..

There were dozen of them all around the house in the yard when I showed up. I've gone back a couple more times and they are still coming around..

Bullet trajectory would be angled down so less chance of ricochet or a flyer, better observation and can see animals longer so more shot opportunity. Let me know if you need a partner, have thermal will travel haha.

I was hunting at a buddies place one time with my old NV scope and SBR. I was in a chair tucked up into some cedar trees with a small oak to my left. About 5 am a large group of hogs prob 25 came in most were about 45 knees with a few big sows mixed in. I shot the bigges sow and the whole damn sounder turned and ran directly at me. I was only about 50 yds from them when I shot. Hogs were running right past me on both sides crashing into cedars and small oaks and I was shooting just to keep them from running into me. Talk about a few seconds of fun.

This was a Armasight Vampire I don't even think you can hook a DVR up to it but would have been cool to watch for sure haha.

I've had a couple close calls that I didn't capture on camera but it made the hair on my neck stand up..

That's a great aerial view. This is what people should see when talking about the destruction hogs do. I need to find out how close we are to each other. That cat video has my attention. I think you made a good hit on it, but it would be nice to recover.

HansETX you might consider a climbing stand, tripod, or ladder stand on those pines in the middle of the rooting patch. That is if you have a safe shooting lane.

It's funny that you mention that because I've been looking at them.. that would be a much better shooting angle
