Springfield 30 cal M1Garand with 11 clips. I'd say this gun is 98% clean. Yes, it is a rebuild from back in the day. I have not torn it down to document and check every number on it. Everything seems to function and work as it should. Numbers by action are 952XXX, according to what I can see this part was built in November 1942. Gun is located in Round Rock, asking $1000.

Does this have any import stampings (like Bluesky or some other) anywhere? I think they were usually on the barrels.

Will these shot standard 06 shells or do you have to have the military grade ones?

If you don't have M2 / military load, you can install an adjustable gas plug and shoot any load. I'm pretty sure you can find them through Brownells or some other outfit for less than $30.

Stay away from the corrosive primer loads though.

TXBoss - I don't see any markings. It is a SA barrel made on 9/54

Dalee - Not 100% sure. I saw a website awhile ago with all the load recommendations for the gun.

JGW - Never got a PM from you.
