New, in box, FLIR RS32 ThermoSight R-Series 1.25-5x19mm 60Hz 16 degree FOV

This is the same exact model I use for night hunting on my AR-15 in 300 blk out. My dealer pricing is low enough where I can get these at a great price! I have been hunting with these for a few years now, and for the price, they are a great thermal scope! I have one in stock, and 3 available currently at my supplier. And yes, you can also hunt with these during the day. During normal deer season, I pull this unit off my AR and use it as a monocular. Once I get in the stand early in the morning before the sun comes up, I will scan with it to see any deer or critters at my stand. If there are any bucks in your area, you can see their antlers in pure darkness. The antlers hold enough heat to see with the thermal scope!!! It's amazing! I've seen little field mice from about 100 yards away with this unit. For the price, you can not beat it.

$2750, out the door! No tax or shipping fees, if paying with cash or check. Google the mfg part number, and you will NOT find a lower price!!!!

Hey Carl, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. It's a thermal scope, so it sees hot and cold variations for detecting thermal differences. When scanning at night, you can easily see temperature variations for animals, like cows, pigs, and deer when driving through the woods. For identifying what you are seeing, you are relying on the shape of the object and it's thermal signature. It does take some use of the unit to learn what you are looking at. You are seeing the thermal outline of objects, and within the animal, you are seeing some temp variations, like in the ears, or antlers of a buck. Obviously, it's easy to spot a cow, since they are very large thermal signatures and a well defined shaped animal. Deer are also easy to spot with the long necks and thinner bodies. If you see a calf laying down in tall grass, it would be difficult to be 100% correct on the ID, as most calves will be near other cows. Pigs do have a certain shape, and I can usually pick them out quickly with the ears and round body type. The last pig I shot at night happened in about 5-7 seconds from first sight, to ID'ing the pig, to sending 2 shots and getting the pig. It was a loan boar laying in the grass. He was near some pigs, so I took an extra look at him, and when he got up to run off, I could easily tell it was a pig. I'd say within 100-200 yards you can ID animals. And I have seen deer and pigs out in the open across our lake (about 300-400 yards away) with the thermal, which were just out of reach with my set up. It depends on the clutter around the animal and what they are doing.
