went up three weeks ago after lots of rain in out lease area..coke county..then a draught started the day i planted a small quarter acre hot spot foodplot..so i went this past weekend..after looking at the weather forcast..and planted another small white clover foodplot..heres what im hoping for..RAIN!!! RAIN!!

Hope you boys get some rain I always wait until the last week of September or 1st of October to plant to be on the safer side. Planting early is a bigger gamble, if your crops come up and then it gets hot and stays dry you could lose them all, if they come up and you get decent rain you can get Army worms. Anyways come on rain and good luck to all

Stub, you may have got some rain last night, didnt see where this storm made it through Jack, but we got .32" last night around 9:30 and the storm had shrunk considerably.
If at first you dont succeed, then skydiving is not for you..

Western we did. Captain Jack got 3/4" and he is about 3 miles north, looked at my WAP and it showed we probably got a decent rain. Should soften the ground up for when I plow next week
