These people lied to me about a quail lease would not never answer phone and when they finally did said they let someone else have the lease after they told me we were first in line for it.

I got same BS, I called number then texted, he returned next day asking how many spots I wanted, told him one but I could probably find a couple more people if needed, then I asked a couple of questions about the place (are utv's allowed and how thick / open is it? He texted back several days later saying that I needed to talk to Clay Pope.
