Pretty sure it has to be uploaded to youtube or you have to use a 3rd party hosting website and just post link to video.

I uploaded the video on photobucket. Then I copied and pasted the "Direct" link onto the forum and no one could view the video. Not sure how to do it correctly

First.... Photobucket will longer work unless you bought the premium ransom they are holding your pics/vids hostage for. Second, when PB did work you could just post up the link and that would open another tab and you could see the video. Third, what JP posted...
