Anyone know if there's any water in the waterfowl cells at RC or if they have plans putting any in before Saturday? I've call the office multiple times with no answer.

My brother drove by there and was took a look on Wednesday. He said it was still all dry. We were discussing among ourselves, I wonder how long it takes to fill them?
