We were just offered a great duck hunting opportunity for our 4-H youth. As usual there is one hitch, one of the smaller city's in our county has a large duck / goose population at the local waste water treatment plant. They do not want to open up to the general public due to scheduling issues.

The question is this. Will the fact that the game birds are landing and swimming in treated waste water will the birds still be safe to eat?

Thanks
Robert

What does this question have to do with youth hunting? But really, kids don't care if the birds smell like poop or whatever. So if there are birds, and they can pull trigger, go for it. As for taste, they will all taste like spoonies. grin
