*** Y'all better start killing ALL Bees, Hornets, and Wasps, and you are 9X more likely to die from a sting from one of those Hymenopteras as you are any old rattlesnake.

Avg. # Deaths in USA from rattlesnake = 6

Avg. # Deaths in USA from Bees, Hornets, and Wasps = 53
it's a rattle snake and it legal to kill it. If you don't want to kill them then don't but I kill all of them I see bc I like collecting their rattles and throwing their bodies in the bushes.

Right in the face. Damn I like your style.

If y'all are really that scared of a rattlesnake, then please never go to southeast asia.

They got Trimeresurus stejnegeri, "green tree viper", and Ophiophagus hannah, "king cobra". I have had encounters with both, and it is best to just leave them be.

And don't go diving over there either. Had a Laticauda colubrina, "Banded Sea Krait", follow me around near Koh Lanta last year.

I love rodents, they help predators propagate. I love hunting predators and rattlesnakes. This works out so well for me.

What's the Avg. price for treatment from a bee sting and a rattlesnake?

That's a Great question.

For the Bee, Wasp, or Hornet Sting = $1,050 if hospitalized.

For the rattlesnake bite, you better have GOOD insurance.

There’s only one commercially available antivenin for “treating venomous snakebites in the United States – CroFeb, manufactured by U.K.-based BTG plc,” according to The Washington Post. There are no other competitors in the market, and because of that, in 2014, BTG closed out around $100 million. For one hospital vial, the price is around $2,300. A typical treatment dose? That requires four to six vials. So for a single rattlesnake bite that would need four vials of antivenin, the cost is $9,200.

And that's just for the venom.

Which one hurts more? The bite or the $$$ ?

muyloco

About 7000 people are envenomed by poisonous snaked every year the United States. I kill all I can find and with my side job of gassing their dens, you shouldn't worry about the one in the pic.

When was the last time you had a rattler in your yard in Allen? I would say never.
