It's a bug. Something triggered the camera to shoot and the night light and exposure setting for night picture allowed the flying bug to light up like that as it flew in the longer exposure. They are very common pictures to get and make you scratch your head until you realize it is just a bug.

It looks similar to Solar Impulse airplane

One of my drones has lights that can be seen for 2 miles, I've had folks follow it back to the casa just to see what it is.
