I love it. The first time I had it was at a Mexican restaurant off mason road. Then on a Whitewing hunt with fajitas in the field. It comes up in my garden twice each year.

It's a little difficult for me to chop. Do you start from the stem end or the top end?

I use the tops only. The stems (to me) have a stronger flavor.

The stems are good for seasoning soups.

bunch tightly and then from the tops in half and chop. in use a little of the stem. maybe 1/3
