I got on a duck lease that borders Caddo Nat Grasslands on north side near Monkstown. Owner is going to allow deer hunting. Any idea on what to expect on deer numbers and size?

I assume it's Gate 19 that backs up to his property... I wouldn't expect anything magical, but there have been lot's of quality deer taken over that direction.
