I have 640 acres just N of Hamlin, Texas, 40 miles NW of Abilene. Next to 15,000+/- ranch. No high fences. It has 4 tanks and all in CRP or pasture land. Available for all of Texas deer season to hunt deer, hogs, and turkey (and all the varmits you want) only. It has water and electricity available but no cabin. Great deer killed in the area last few years. I need 5 hunters at $1,500 per gun.

this was 2015 season. we didn't hunt it last year and no one else killed anything off it.
