I found a pre hung at lowes for 46 dollars, made the opening that big and installed it. But I think I installed it backwards.

Check Home Depot, they have some cheap aluminum storm doors just right for blinds. Not heavy duty, but good enuff for me!.. less than 50$...

good luck...

A buddy showed me that the aluminum trim that you make screens out of works great with plexi glass.
you install the plexi inside the groove that is premade in the aluminium frame
I redid all of my old windows with that and it cost so little and I haven't had any insects getting in either

Regular 36 or 32 inch house windows, 39" to bottom + 36" window+ wood puts you a little over 6' high. You can find old aluminum windows Craigslist, setexas.com, junk sales cheap.

Buckstop in Burleson sells blind windows. Call Nathan, and he can fix you up. He carries several different styles, and different sizes as well as RV type doors that lock.
