Ever since I owned my 5 acres at my lake camp, I have been hauling my mower I have at home up there to do a quick mow before the family comes up so the kids and everyone don't have to be stepping in tall grass. Well, I am now come to the conclusion I am tired of taking two trips, one with the mower before, and bring trailer back home to then hook up my boat to bring. Whats a good quality but a cheaper mower brand than the other rather expensive brands I can buy to leave up there. I prefer zero turn with about 54-62 inch range. Thanks

Or you could add a hitch to the back of your boat trailer and pull them tandem..... confused2

You might look for a used one. My neighbor had two John Deere ZT mowers. His oldest one blew a rod. He just left it after the shop gave him the verdict. They will probably fix it up and sell it. I've sold a couple through a mower shop. I simply didn't have the time to wait. The shop fixed them and sold them, so look into mower shops as well as Craig's List.

I don't want to spend no more than 3,000. I just need something to leave up there in my shed.

I bought a used 48 inch zero turn gravely off my dad's neighbor who bought a new mower. it was garage kept, oil changed regularly, and it had no problems. I mowed my yard with it yesterday and it performed fine. it was cheaper than a new mower and I'll use it only when I head up to the lake camp so I went for the deal. Thanks guys though.
