It looks like many folks over here in Young county have their dove fields shredded already. I'm not seeing as many as I did last year from the road. I drove over to Knox City this morning and it didn't seem like there were many birds in the air over the fields by Throckmorton, Seymour, or Munday. What are y'all seeing out there?

Keep us posted on bird counts around Munday/Stamford. Heading that way next week.

I've started seeing increased numbers but not much. Nothing like recent past years.

I usually see tons of birds crossing my area but this year not near as many. They must be waiting on the storm to pass.

Speaking for Knox & Baylor .. it seems our birds got pushed out with cool front a couple weeks ago.. was thinking we would have fresh birds riding ahead of this front but no such luck.. a little concerned .. hope they will be here soon ...

About as many birds as I've ever seen here south of Breckenridge. We've missed all the rain the past couple of weeks and our fields have stayed dry. All the power lines around here look like this in the mornings.

I've seen those power lines. Put me under the big tree.

I saw more than I've seen anywhere this morning on a field west of Bridgeport.

I'm hoping Harvey keeps the dove penned into north Texas next week!

Anyone seeing any around Hamilton or Evant? Last year there were't many due to early spring crops getting flooded out

Was out at the lease at Evant last weekend and saw a few birds. Nothing to brag about
