I have to give a public thank you to Pulsar and Sellmark. My XD50A stopped sending video out, sent it in for a warranty repair and they replaced it with an XQ50.

That's great customer service.

That is why I have been using Pulsar NV for the past 5 years. Their customer service is above and beyond what you get from other vendors.

Had same experience with my Pulsar N750 when it wouldn't hold zero.
Sent it in on Thursday, had email confirmation of problem on Friday, had tracking number on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
And they sent a new Pulsar N750A in it's place.

Yep, Pulsar's customer service is as good as it gets. I will continue to buy and recommend Pulsar/Sightmark gear because it's nice to know that they'll have your back if something happens with it. And they're right in Texas so shipping usually only takes a day.

They treated me right on a Photon that had issues. They just gave me a new scope which was an upgraded version.
