With the wind turbine construction also gives us some super improved roads on the property to get around in your vehicle if needed. 30 minutes north of Stephenville, about 6 miles South of I20. Takes me 90 minutes from Mansfield.

Affirmative. A few miles to the West of 108 off CR 109.

Further clarification, the available property is closer to 10,000 acres. Total guns @ 25. What I will say from my 8 years there is it's really busy opening weekend (as expected)but after the first few weekends, I've been down many times and may see 8-10 guys there any given weekend, if that. If you have the luxury of hunting during the week, I've been down with a fellow member Sunday evenings and we're the only one's there for the week, sans a random 1-2 guys that have that luxury.

Here's a couple pics from 1 of our spots set up about 3 weeks ago. That's a 1,000 lb All Seasons feeder for reference. Would like to get some better angles of that first deer but cams currently set on 5 minute delay.
