Thanks, will give it a try up

Pigged out at Big Shucks (Coit Rd. Richardson) with the wife yesterday. They have really good fried catfish and onion rings are tasty!

How do you make your red sauce? This will do for me.
1/2 cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons horseradish
Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon
Tabasco sauce, to taste

This is from Cathy.

I like both sauces.

Sometimes I fry some oysters and make my own special dipping sauce.

I put the following in the food processor:

*Ketchup
*A little OJ
*Half of a chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (gives it a nice sting and a smokey flavor)
*Horseradish

I still put some Tabasco on the oysters themselves.
