Best pie ive ever had. worked there last year and am wanting to go back to Breaux Bridge hell i'd move there if my wife would allow us to move lol

back when we used to eat housecats we marinated them in louisiana hot sauce and soy sauce then season them with lemon pepper........then onto the grill slow cooking them 3 hours........excellent folded in tortillas and pico de gallo----Newgulf

Mmmmm got something new to make. Just got back from LA this weekend had some crawfish etouffee... this seems like a good next step its Cajun chicken pot pie

We stayed there a night before we went and watched LSU play a few years ago. We ate at some place and I can't think of the name, but was beyond amazing. Breaux bridge is a nice little get away of the beaten Louisiana path.

been some years since i've been but the original Mulate's is there... great place.
...and Charlie T's (i think that's the name) has great boudin.

i had their boudin several times while i was there and it was spiced up so much with red pepper i couldnt eat it. The best i found there was Poches and my God it was good!
