Looks great. I just cut my last garden onion tonight. Never tried pickling them.

Pretty easy. Water ,apple cider vinegar,salt ,sugar . Just use warm water to melt sugar and salt then pour over onions and refrigerate. Got the recipe from Shared Appetite web site I googled.

I have made pickled onions by using the liquid from Kosher dills.
When pickles are gone fill with sliced onions, refrigerate.

Have about 75 left out of the 300. Going to have to open free float up more and I'm looking to get new rings and a new scope. Still working out the bugs.
