don't let your meat loaf!

It's on the side of any box of lipton beefy onion soup mix. Just use half ketchup and half sriracha instead of all the ketchup in the mix. 1.5 to 2 lbs of 15/85 or 20/80 cook at 360 for 1 hr, drain the grease. Top with straight ketchup 15 more minutes at 375.

Ground beef, chopped onion, granulated garlic, bell pepper, an egg, saltine cracker smushed up, grated cheddar, a double shot of wooster sauce, all mixed up good, and shaped into a loaf about 2 1/2 inches thick, 6 inches wide and about 10 inches long. cover top of loaf with sliced bacon. Bake at 350 for about 50 or 55 minutes. Coat loaf with about 1/4 inch of tomato paste like icing a cake. Put back in oven for 15 minutes. Really good with garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed asparagus, and a side salad. The meatloaf makes great sammys with a little Hellmanns. Never put catchup or BBQ sauce anywhere near meatloaf.
