With all the people he has screwed, I'm surprised he'd take the chance of running into one or more of his victims at this show.
If I was one of them I would buy a ticket just to make sure I could warn anyone considering buying one. What a POS.

Ughhh. Dan was also running a leasing operation a few years ago. I leased with him for 2 years on two different properties. The second year went incomplete, as the land owner found me hunting one weekend in the middle of spring turkey. I was told in a not so pleasant tone, that he ended the relationship with Dan and that I needed to get my &%! off his property - immediately. No call or warning from Dan. Nice. Needless to say I will not be doing any business with this clown. He was also asking us to invest in his business at the time as well for the ultimate blind.... yeah right. Glad I didn't do it.
