Let's start with don't worry about what choke you are using. Pick a choke and do not take it out. When your are at a station during a tourny watch the clays and come up with a game plan before you shoot. Take a couple of deep breaths before you shoot. Do not take your eyes off the target, you can have a bad mount, start your gun at the wrong hold point, have a wrong break point, if you keep your eyes on the clay you still have a chance to break the clay. Also watch the clay break do not follow thru. Practice practice practice and practice even more, start off shooting singles, don't worry about true pairs just singles. After you shoot 2,000 singles you will be a better shooter. Oh one more thing you are going to have days where you don't shoot good, that's OK move on let it go and you will be a better shooter.

I'd say if you do that, you'll break a lot of targets.
