OP jlsbassman Pro Tracker J Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 1,873 Royse City	I'm trying to get some info on a barrel I got in a trade. It's a Black Hole Weaponry(BHW) in 308win. It is 1.230" in diameter just in front of the action threads, 1.08 at the muzzle end of the barrel. 16 inches long and has heavy flutes all the way down. I'm trying to find out 1st is it good/bad barrel? 2nd some of the markings say S8 and P3, trying to figure out what they mean? And possible value for unfired? It's a Savage small shank barrel. That S8 maybe a S5.
