Get you grill good and hot....use a cedar plank to place Black Buck backstrap on. Season as needed. Cook until done. Throw the backstrap away and eat the cedar plank...... eeks333

Actually, I at some a few weeks ago. Cooked it like typical deer or axis meat. It had a gamey odor to it all the way through the cooking and to my mouth. It ate well but the smell did get into the taste. I wasn't fond of it but edible. Not sure how the ladies would have liked it though.

I wish I had thought of that the one time I had blackbuck. Nasty stuff IMO.
