Got to spend a few weeks in Thailand this summer, started off in Koh Samui in the Gulf, great beaches, food and people. Wife and I snuck away on day for a dive trip to sail rock and had an awesome trip. Kids were there all summer with my MIL and my wife got there a week before I did so we all went back to Bangkok and they headed back to Houston while I went North to Chiang Mai. Got to the Lebua hotel and there was a mixup with our reservation and they ended up upgrading us to the Hangover Suite, which was pretty sweet!

Chiang Mai was incredible, old walled city with a moat around it near the mountains.

Mountain biked Doi Suthep outside of town one day, 5000 ft over 15 miles, about killed me but was worth it.

I took a 50cc scooter up Doi Suthep, with my wife riding on the back. That was a sight. Had to get out and walk some places it was so steep.

roflmao I bet. Kept seeing people on road bikes going up thinking to myself they are doing this wrong.
