I had this buck at 3 years old. But, then I posted some pics on another site and I'm getting age estimates from 2 - 6. I trust this board more than the other one. How old do y'all think? Buck is in Medina County a few miles north of Hondo.

Glad everyone seems to be on the same page. This time of year, a whole bunch of mature bucks get called 3-yr-olds because they've still got thin necks and haven't fully muscled up.

As soon as I saw that guy's brisket and shoulder setup, he struck me as at least 5.

Not post-mature, but definitely mature. If you have doubts, just try to get a good look at him once he's swollen up for the rut. Otherwise, SOS.

Nice mature buck, brisket sagging, still fairly streamlined face with some age on the eyes, back fairly straight, rump not that big, little belly sag guessing no more than 5? Nice group of bucks

Mature. Could be 5, could be 6. I lean towards 5 but very hard to tell age this early and from those photos.
