I have lucked into a great dove hunting spot this year with a 1 acre pond. My hunting partner and I have been working on a boat all summer to get ready for the opener. What kind of boats do you use?

Well, we don't hunt high fenced dove. We're 100% public, like all REAL dove hunters, so we gotta make sure we beat all the barnies to the X...

I used to hunt lake Granger and it was always nice to use the boat to get away from the yahoos. It didn't matter what boat though cause we got out and walked to flyways.

I do have a couple of spots that are only accessible and legal to hunt via boat. Since I don't have a local place to dove hunt this year I'm gonna give it a whirl. Maybe set out some jug lines and do a two-fer...
