2000 acres 1/4 mile south of Red River. 200 acres wooded with North Mill Creek running through property. 1800 acres are planted to soybeans that will be harvested in mid October. Deer is already grazing soybeans on edges. (****FREE PROTEIN****) Land is accessible from Hwy 259 with multiple field roads for easy travel. Woods have lanes cleared for feeder and stand access. RV hook ups available on County Road WITHOUT black water disposal. Hog, Deer, Dove. Several wetland sites located adjacent to property. Email me if you prefer eric.williamsfarm@gmail.com

So 5 guys on essentially 200 acre (1800 acres in soybean)? Good country, but not enough cover for 5 guys to share and lot of money for Bowie cty limit of deer. Somebody will jump on it, I am sure.

In October if your a bow hunter, as you know, the best place would be in the timber but the deer are grazing in the soybeans now. Once the 1800 acres of soybeans are harvested, and should be by October 15th, we would allow for stands and feeders to be placed on that ground. All 2000 acres could be used for hog hunting year around and all 2000 acres for dove hunting during season.
I have 30 & 50 amp hookups on the land and could furnish water if you have storage on camper but no black water disposal.
I would allow winter food plots to be planted on perimeter of wooded area if so desired. And since we have had crops there the ground should work easily.
