Anyone ever use one to keep birds away from feeders? I'm getting 50 pics a day of birds and its kind of a nuisance.

I've seen birds knock the head off the owl and build nests in them. They might work with other birds, though. These were inner city birds.

I've used a hawk call while sitting in the blind. They scatter for a while.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

I have one hanging underneath my carport. Prior to the owl, I would have bird crap all over our vehicle. Now my truck just has cat prints from them trying to get the owl.

I've got an owl decoy sitting on a T'pole at one end of my 'mater patch, and the mockingbirds still feasted on the tomato's..until the BH cut a black garbage bag into strips and hung the strips off the tomato cages. Just have to unwrap the strips everyday or so from the plants and cages but we have not lost a tomato since she hung the strips up.
