OK. I've decided to lease full season quail and not the deer on this 1618 acre pasture. Gonna hold this pasture back for my son and grandson to hunt the deer, and I'll lease the quail separately.
I'll sweeten the pot by taking whoever leases the 1618 acres out on the rest of the 18,000 acres when I'm out there (if you have dogs).
$2.50/acre.

After a hunt last year. Dove hunted there last weekend and there are more quail than last year.
