LOL. It's a traumatic image, ain't it?

That shelf was used in the not-too-distant past to hold aircraft instruments. I guess i overloaded it a bit. I did derive great satisfaction by heaving it out the door into the driveway. Made lotsa gratifying racket.

I was mad enough two days ago, I almost drew my pistol and put 6 .45 cal holes into an object.

I know how you felt. peep

Oh yeah, I remember. That thread gave me nightmares for a week. bolt

If you are going to build your own these plans will give you some good ideas on size, height, shelving, strength, etc

The bench with the Dillon is a commercial bench I bought.
The larger one my dad made for me in 1982 and has made three moves so far.
Yep it's cluttered much to my wife's chagrin.
Also would someone explain how to get the pics to rotate correctly.

I'm still working on it, but this is what I've put together so far. Plans are all original, but based on a woodworking style workbench.

Floor & Decor had a good price on a 8' x 2' butcher block.
LED lighting under the shelf.
Still looking for more junk to turn into drawer handles. (If anyone has any "junk" gun parts that could turn into a drawer handle I would be interested in buying said "junk")
And going to install this pegboard on the back, in John Deere colors. https://www.wallcontrol.com

Great thread. I will clean mine up today and get some pics up. I have out grown my bench and have been looking up pics for ideas.
Some good ideas on here so far.

I wanted to ask this question too. How does it affect them? Never heard of this.

I have to put lighting in my reloading room...

Can make them drift.

Might I suggest you adopt my new policy for ANY new light fixture, not just loading room. Instal L.E.D. they are superior in every way, over every other option.

Just don't put LED lights in your garage door opener because it will mess with the radio signal and your transmitters won't work well. But I agree that LED lights are the way to go. The older you get the more light you need to see things.

Yes I use LED's too, had never heard of this though. Interesting. I don't like LED's for blood trailing though. I see blood much better with an incandescent.

This bench was built my my father in the mid 80's. It what I learned on and still use though I have out grown it.
For now I'm short on space so new bench will be just an extension of this one. Shop out back is in my future, soully dedicated to reloading.
