That area is hunted mostly by resident folks who don't want to advertise.
The area is building up so hunting there may be limited as new homes seem to be popping up frequently now. Most acreage is small just like you mentioned so people don't want bullets flying around so if you have a place to hunt that is a plus.
Like mentioned, just feed the deer and don't expect a trophy behind every bush.
Wait for the rut and if you keep the does in the area you'll see the big boys, it just takes patience.
Just as a safety issue, make sure you are shooting in a direction that is safe, as in knowing what is beyond your feeder location, just sayin because I drive almost daily in that area!
