Had a guy need off my ranch in Big Lake. So I'm offering a 1618 acre pasture for lease. Year round access, shared camp house, walk in cooler, etc. 1, 2, or 3 guns max. Need to be willing to manage for trophies. Letting the mld status go this year. So just standard season. $4/acre for deer only. $5/acre with quail rights.

I tried to just change the topic title and it started a new thread. Mods you can delete this one if you'd like since I'm changing the lease.
But, until you do I might as well post the same info here:
OK. I've decided to lease full season quail and not the deer on this 1618 acre pasture. Gonna hold this pasture back for my son and grandson to hunt the deer, and I'll lease the quail separately.
I'll sweeten the pot by taking whoever leases the 1618 acres out on the rest of the 18,000 acres when I'm out there (if you have dogs).
$2.50/acre.
