Gotta go to a vet. You need a prescription. It is an easy injection ( subcue) if you are used to doing your own dogs. Vaccine really should be refrigerated, which makes it difficult to sell online.

My vet does not carry it. Checking on the internet, the PennyPaws mobile vaccination folks say they carry it. I have not called yet to check.

Just ask your vet to order some for you--you can keep it in refrigerator. Because it is given with a subcutaneous injection it is easy to give. Vets don't like to order it for themselves because it takes up refrigerator space and is used by many. If you store it he will probably order it.

I just got the vaccine, but I thought I would pass on something I found strange. A Dr. Spencer Greene, MD, not veterinarian, but described as expert on snake bites of humans, was quoted in the Houston Chronicle as saying snake vaccine for dogs was a scam. QUOTE ARTICLE Some companies sell a "rattlesnake vaccine" for dogs. "It is a total scam," Greene said. "It's not been proven to make a difference. It doesn't even make sense, physiologically." My large syringes are labeled with ML. What's the conversion for ML to MG? There will be a certain number of mg in a ml. Its a concentration. Like, 50 mg per ml

My large syringes are labeled with ML. What's the conversion for ML to MG? If you go with the pills, they are 25 mg each. The dose for a dog is 1 mg, per lb of body weight. So a 50 lb dog would take two tablets.
