I know Ben and he is a stand up guy. I just drove through the area and the vegetation looks great. I have a good friend who leased it a couple of years ago and found good numbers. He would still be on it but did not have the dog power to handle it. If you are willing to drive that far or live in the panhandle it could be a lot of fun.
