Think I may have figured out my plantar fasciitis. Went camping in the mountains for a week with family camping trip. Feet went back to normal. After a few nights at home started coming back.
I believe that sleeping on my stomach is either causing or inflaming it. Couple more night of side/ back sleeping I'll know for sure.

For those that are suffering from this, you might try getting the Footsie Roller. Horrible name, but I have had several clients that love it...and it has helped them. http://www.ebodylogic.com/foro.html

Are you walking around the house barefoot and you didn't while camping?
We wear Vionic or Fit-flop sandals around the house. Inserts, both Academy-bought and custom in tennis and casual shoes.

Anybody ever dealt with this? I'm trying all the stretching and iceing I can do. Went on 6 mile weighted hike Tuesday morning, and it hit me like a freight train as soon as I got home and took off boots. Spent the last two days rolling it out and stretching. It's much better today. Ordered new insoles yesterday so wil see how that works.

I don't bare foot much if any at All. I think it's my foot position while on my stomach. Feet pointed.

Took a year for mine to go away. 1. Get insoles, i got some from academy. Its basically for heel. 2. Dont walk around barefoot in house.
Stretches and all that never worked, exvept before getting out of bed.

Stretching before, and AFTER, any exercise has also helped me and the wife tremendously.

Well I don't think that was it, but something cleared it up while on vacation. Another thing it may have been was wearing my miendl Denali boots. I'm wearing them today and will for a couple more days to see if it's the extra support and cushion they provide that helped.

Had it bad about 3 years ago. After several months of pain, I finally went to a doctor. Stretching the foot and calfs throughout the day, good shoes, rest, and an expensive insert finally cleared it up, but it wasn't a quick fix. I still do stretches periodically throughout the day because I don't ever want to get it again.

I am having a terrible time with my feet.
Everything touching the ground(pads & heels) just throbs......very painful.
I can't find anything that tells me what it is.

Mortons neuroma. It is a wonderful partner to the plantar fascitis.
One shot is all it should take.

Vionic flip flops are the only ones I have ever owned. They are great. Also have their orthotic inserts

I THINK I've figured out mine.
The week before I left for Colorado I started working out, running and bleachers. When I was in colorado it had kinda gone away. First guess was sleeping position. Nope, second was boots. Nope
I finally got back into the work out routine last week and it's subsiding again. Lots of bleachers and cardio. I think the bleachers ie calf muscle work out is fixing mine.

Stretching (the calf one -toes high & heel low) solved mine. Also this machine is magic if your feet get so tired worn-out at end of day: https://www.amazon.com/Electric-Shiatsu-...s=foot+massager READ the reviews! 15 minutes on this at the end of a long hard day and I'm ready to go dancing!

I've only had issues with this a couple times. Both times I had used a leg press machine and i guess the pressure on my feet cause the problem. Don't use that machine any more and don't have problems.
