I just started searching for english setter breeders and was going to see who everyone recommended. looking for fairly large running dogs. thanks.

There's a good Setter man in Minden Louisiana who raises a limited number of pups every year.I have one of his that is a hoss. If you want his name pm me.I think he has a litter right now.

I'm not a big breeder by any stretch of the imagination, but I've got a hell of a litter on the ground. I just posted a ad in the "Dogs for sale" section.
James with CC Setters is also a great guy with great dogs. He ran the bitch to my litter in a couple puppy stakes.

thank you to all who responded. I have been researching pedigrees the last few days, and looks like CC Setters has some great names in their bloodlines. I will check out your littler as well DuckedUp.

Not slamming the others mentioned here but I have one of Duckedup setter pups from a previous litter. Big running bird finding mutt. Just saying.
