There are two public land areas down around Big Bend area but you can't hardly hunt anything on them...are there any public land hunt areas for Aoudad?

Yes, but most are by draw. There is one place I know of that's not in the draw, but I believe it's bow only.

There's a aoudad rifle draw hunt in Palo Duro Canyon State Park.

OTC year round tags in NM I thought that was only on private? I "thought" being operative word. only tag I don't put in for in NM. So I'm not 100% sure
