Can someone tell me why they say its close to DFW when the only 1 they have is 3 hrs away? Besides why is there only 4 for the state? Can they not find any private land cooperation in the entire state besides 4 people? Seems weird.

I have done the APH in the past. Although I did get some birds the fields just didn't seem the best near me. Busy and over hunted it seemed. I would keep getting the APH but all the properties near me just didn't have enough to offer. Plus there wasn't any waterfowl props close enough. I hunt diff friends properties now.
I wish the TPWD would offer more to the landowner for these drawn hunts. Might get some closer in.

That stinks, I wish they would get properties closer to DFW.
