As stated, mine didn't require appeasement when it came to that clown anyway. His drunken clownish antics were enough for me to not support his show/products from the get-go. Same with many other clowns on TV these days. Nugent being at the top of that list. I'll go home and beat myself with a rubber mallet tonight over the effect this has on Shemane and Rocky's well being. 
I learned long ago you can't reason someone out of something they don't reason themselves into.

I have seen him few times on TV and wondered, is he drunk or just a weirdo. Guess he is both. He is definitely annoying as hell. But I won't boycott something I think actually works. That said I think I own a 30 year old Plano tacklebox I will continue to use. It holds my lures just fine still.

He dyed his goatee jet black. You can pretty much infer the rest from there...
I buy products based on price and whether they work, not based on who is associated with them. But that's just me.

He's a Louisiana political crook. He was tight with the old Edwards governor which is how he bought the land he has from the state for penny's on the dollar. Crook, no good, not good people.

Let me help you with the English language a little. Nowhere above did I say I don't like people who are full of themselves. I said I covet the disdain of folks who are so full of themselves they want to define hunting for others. Ted is the opposite of that person. And their disdain affirmation that Ted and I are solidly in the correct column. Again, we appreciate you!
