I haven't used the 'bucket since I found the easy way to get photos uploaded here, so I thought I would try, based on the comments. Seems to be working fine, but I'm a small user, at only 7% of my allotment.

It has been working fine for me as well.

I take the picture, edit it, and post it directly on here using my Ipad.

Here's my latest.

Stopped using photobucket several years ago and never looked back. Anything it can do I can do on my own PC and not have to deal with all the BS. I still have some old pictures on there I need to recover but other than that it's just not needed anymore.

Edit: Tried to upload a photo from my laptop using the 5th button on the bar and this is what I got....

Using the fifth button.

Click on fifth button, click browse, click on the picture you want and hit open. Then click add to file, then hit save all images.

Works upside down from my iPhone but didn't work from my laptop...

Go back to you picture and rotate it, then try again.

I'm so confused, guess I got to find someone to show me. I've tried photobucket and flicker still get no picture.

I did just like what you printed. When it came to "Add this file" a message pops up UBB message "You can only upload jpg or mpg formats". I am trying to upload from an IPad. I have click on images to see if I could change format nothing there.
Using photobucket still screwed up.

Try taking a picture with your Ipad and uploading it.

Other than the dozens of adds it's working for me.

Bill, that's how I've done it. Probably just my inability to understand new tech stuff.

Cast on this forum does it for a living. He had a similar problem uploading with his cell phone. He finally worked it out.

I have posted detailed instructions here several times and asked for it to be made sticky, but due to my overwhelming popularity here it never happened. OK, mini rant over, how can I help...

1. Picture format is important. THF likes JPG format. Your apple products wisely make PNG pics, which JP may have started accepting, but I advise using JPG files. To make a JPG, take or fetch the pic you want to post, and edit it.
a. Don't use digital zoom, edit and enlarge the image, center it up and take a screenshot (power and home buttons) to make a postable JPG.
b. To give the screenshot 'bottom' so it posts upright, rotate (actually swing) it over a just few degrees after you get it ready to capture, and screenshot it.

2. Post it as so many described above.
