I have decided to rig a scope up on my Century AK and kill at least one doe and tons of hogs this year with it. With that said I don't want to put a high quality scope ON my AK that costs for than the gun. So, do any of you guys have any recommendations on a good quality cheaper scope that would work well on an AK? My main objective for one is 1. clear vision, 2. fog proof, 3. durability to holding zero on an AK. It will be mounted on a side mount.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Either this or a Primary Arms scope. They're cheap and good. If you wait for the 4th of July deals, you can probably get one real cheap.
Haha yea I polished that thing for hours.

All three suggestions above are good ones. And on the Strike Eagle, They are making them now 1x8.

How do you plan to mount the scope on your AK? RS Regulate? Midwest industries rail?
A real hunter never returns empty handed. Spending time in the wilderness temporarily satifies the soul, but leaves us longing for more.

Been down the road. Choosing an optic are one thing, getting a side mount to be inline with your bore is another. After dealing with a lot of options, I found RS Regulate to be the best option.
