I decided to field test these microwave breakfast sandwiches this week at work and I'm pretty impressed.
What about yall? Any breakfast favorites?

They are tasty! We have them a lot during the week because its a fast breakfast and no clean up.

I use Jimmy Dean crumbles to make my breakfast taco. It takes a little over a minute.

3 eggs scrambled, cooked in a paper bowl in the microwave.
Add salt, pepper, butter and hot sauce.
Quick, easy, minimum clean up. Very tasty.

I've never done scrambled eggs in the microwave before. Not a bad idea Trick is to not over cook. Microwave ovens vary. For 3 eggs start at 1 minute. This might be too little, might be too much. 1st time will be trial run. Stir/scramble any egg that's solid. Back in for 30 seconds. Stir/scramble. Another 15 to 20 seconds should do it. I like mine SOFT.

Have a good one, Never tried them, have not had a microwave breakfast in a long time. I bet a lot of them nowadays are pretty tasty. My wife will microwave her eggs, not me!
