 Deer Foaming From Mouth?

Is this deer foaming from the mouth or just excited to eat some protein? She was about 20 yards from the pond and 40 yards from the feeder.

Like Don said could be from choking.
She looks very alert, I have seen deer with that after running, bucks and does in rut. Deer running from dogs also.
