There's a add on Craigslist for a place around 2500 acres they lie about the size saying it's a lot bigger but it's not. Guy that has it is Chris and they say you can only be there from x-x months and once you get on they make up more rules why you can't do this and that. Also they bring in hunters to hunt your blinds and feeders when you're not there. Pig hunters and deer hunters. Place is near turkey tx but will say hall county on the listing. Have tons of others that will say exact same thing I am. So watch out guys

Yep. Guys name is Christian Loveland he has the lease with his father in law Ron. He is part of the scum of the earth. He also runs a fence staining business in Plano called Armadillo Fence Staining. Everyone should be aware of him.

I saw this a few years ago I thought it was strange when he said they only wanted people on the lease that lived 4 hours away or more.
