Had a bunch of misc .308 brass sitting around so decided to make up some Zombie ammo.
Used Shooters World Match rifle powder and 155gr Hornady BTHP's both bought on sale along with S&B LR primers also on sale. Ended up at .37 cents per round so not too bad for decent ammo that runs about 1.00 per round store boughten.

Decided while I was at the range testing the new 22 Nosler Upper I might as well check to see how the Zombie ammo shot.
Brought the Colt CR 2012 which hasn't been shot in a while and barrel was clean. Zombies better keep thier distance.
The gun is sighted in with 185 Berger Juggernauts

Not really first free weekend I have had in a while. Had this brass processed since last September. Yesterday Evening just primed and then loaded on the Hornady progressive.

I might add the rounds I shot were 3 different types of brass and the ES was 50 fps so goes to prove tight groups at 100 can be had with less than stellar components but nor what you would want going to shoot at longer distances.

good to know, I'm new to reloading and was told separate brass, for hunting hogs with 6.8 I may just load em all the same and call it good, for the 308 I shoot targets longer range I will keep them organized
